Члены СНТ "Строитель", совершенно случайно узнавшие о готовящемся вторжении, подготовили заявление о намерении применить самые жесткие способы и средства по защите своей собственности, и направили его высшим чинам правоохранительных органов УР:
Кратко суть дела: коммерческая фирма с уставным фондом 10 000 рублей, скупив часть индивидуальных садовых участков и самовольно захватив часть земель общего пользования СНТ, приступила к строительству 10 этажного дома внутри территории действующего садоводческого товарищества.
Стройка ведется фактически по головам садоводов с грубейшими нарушениями правил техники безопасности, и без соблюдения отступов от "красных линий".
Ситуация обострена тем, что застройщик постоянно "промывает" мозги иногородним строительным рабочим, представляя садоводов рвачами, желающими поживиться на "проблеме отсутствия жилья".
К сожалению уже имели место случаи когда столкновение "накрученных" строителей и садоводов, доведенных беспределом до "точки", приводили к кровопролитию и уничтожению техники.
К чему сегодня могут привести развязываемые захватчиком действия, при том что собственники настроены на самые крайние меры?
